Challenge Quilt 2013-2014 - A Favorite Place
The theme for this year's quilt challenge is A Favorite Place. This can be a place you love to travel to, a room in your home, or your own backyard. The quilt can be a realistic representation like a landscape, or your interpretation of that place. The requirements of the challenge are:
- It is not to exceed 100 inches in perimeter
- You must use one of the two fat eighths fabrics provided by the Programs committee.
There are no limits on how little or much you use of this fabric as long as it can be seen in the quilt.
The two fabrics can be found at Quilter's Way in Acton if you wish to purchase additional fabric:
- FPB2309-026 (Pink) (P&B Textiles, Bear Essentials 2, Ornamental Pink, ESS2 564F)
- FWM2309-002 Begonia Leaves (Magenta) (Kaffe Fassett, Philip Jacobs Designs)
